LVSSAF Scholar Athlete Awards 2026

A Banquet is held each January to recognize those participating scholar athletes from the Lehigh Valley high schools and to crown a male and female winner. All participants receive an official plaque and are recognized in front of their school administrators, parents and peers at the annual Banquet.

Lehigh Valley Soccer Scholar Athlete Foundation

Awarding and recognizing outstanding soccer scholar athletes

Since 1984, the modern and lasting version of the Lehigh Valley Soccer Scholar Athlete Foundation has been awarding and recognizing outstanding male and female soccer scholar athletes from over 45 Lehigh Valley area high schools every year

The male and female and winner will both receive an official participant’s plaque, a winner’s plaque as well as a money award. The winning student’s high school will also receive a duplicate winner’s plaque to be prominently displayed in their respective high school’s trophy case.

LVSSAF Scholar Athlete Bio Form

This button will take you to the electronic LVSSAF Scholar Athlete Bio Form. Each high school's LVSSAF Soccer Scholar Athlete must complete this form online. Additional documents may be uploaded to the site. Students may edit their documents online until the date specified on the bottom of the Form prior to the Candidate Selection Committee Meeting. All information will be kept in the strictest of confidence and only read by the Selection Committee.

The attached form may be downloaded and filled out by hand. The Form and check may be mailed to the individual at the bottom of the Form by the designated date specified on the Form. Contact information and questions about this particular aspect of The Banquet process may be addressed with the individual person designated on the bottom of the form. Mailing the form to the incorrect individual(s) will lead to unnecessary delays.

The attached form may be downloaded and filled out by hand. This Form is to be used to advertise/support the Soccer Scholar Athletes or advertise your Business/Firm. The Form and check may be mailed to the individual at the bottom of the Form by the date designated on the Form.
